Santas Ride - If you were going to the parade, you may have seen a group of local motorcyclists in town, led by motorcycle riders with reindeer horns on their helmets, and Santa on a V-Twin, and a sleigh. Wake Forest has a local group of bikers and patrons of biker-friendly businesses to be extremely proud of. The annual ride, organized by Mike Sanchez, delivered two trucks, one trailer, and one large sleigh full of gifts, food, and needed supplies to a shelter for abused women. To the left, this unbelievably large supply was contributed by patrons of McKenzies Seafood. Congratulations to McKenzies Seafood for having the largest contribution, and winning a free pig picking and live band for this April.
