In order to be considered a biker band, there is no particular gendre of music, and there is no requirement that all members of your band has ridden motorcycles. The primary consideration of whther or not you meet the definition of biker band is that bikers enjoy your performance, and you like performing for bikers. If you ride motorcycles and you understand and have respect for the bikers lifestyle, you are well on the way to being a biker band.
Bikers understand when a biker band shows up in a van and cages rather than chromed out choppers, because putting your PA system and drumset in sidecars is not going to happen.
You’re never going to be established as a biker band until you’ve played lots of biker friendly venues. That should not be a problem if your band is based in the southeast where there are a multitude of motorcycle events.
If your band considers itself a biker band, AeroScore can help you in a variety of ways. We pick the level of commitment we are willing to give your biker band. If we are going to help you, it usually doesn’t require any contract on your part, but it does require an agreement that if you schedule a gig, you show up, are ready to take the stage on time, and give the audience the best performance you can.
A contract is an agreement to a plan, with all parties doing their part to make that plan happen. If we eventually suggest a contract, you will know what is expected of you, and what you can expect from us.
